Information You Provide to Us

• Name: We collect your name when you create or use an AlgoJRF account.
• Email address: We collect your email address to create and manage your account, authenticate your account, provide purchased services and send service-related communications.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google OAuth, Google may provide us with your name and email address for authentication and account creation. We do not request additional Google account information beyond what is necessary for authentication and account management.

Payment Information

Payments on AlgoJRF are processed securely through Razorpay. AlgoJRF does not collect or store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or other payment authentication credentials on its own servers.

Razorpay processes the payment, and AlgoJRF receives transaction and payment-status information necessary to confirm the purchase and provide access to the purchased service.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address: We may collect your IP address for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and technical purposes.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, authenticate users, remember preferences and support Platform functionality.
• Server and application logs: Our servers and infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as requests, timestamps, errors, connection information and other information necessary for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation of the Platform.

We use the information we collect only for purposes reasonably necessary to operate AlgoJRF and provide our services, including:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users and provide secure access to the Platform
• Provide courses, mock tests, educational materials and related services
• Process purchases and confirm payment transactions
• Grant access to purchased courses, tests and other services
• Maintain records of purchases and transactions
• Send account, verification, purchase, access and other essential service-related communications

• Maintain the security and reliability of the Platform

From time to time, AlgoJRF may send promotional communications about its courses, mock tests, educational products, offers or other related services where permitted by applicable law.

Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending essential communications relating to your account, purchases, transactions, security or use of the Platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We may share or make personal data available to trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate AlgoJRF and provide the services you request.

• Razorpay: Payment processing and transaction services. Razorpay processes payment information and provides AlgoJRF with transaction and payment-status information necessary to confirm purchases.
• Google OAuth: Authentication and account sign-in services. When you choose Google sign-in, we may receive your name and email address for authentication and account creation.
• Resend: Email delivery services. We use Resend to deliver service-related emails to the email address associated with your AlgoJRF account.
• Vercel: Website and application hosting and related infrastructure services.
• MongoDB Atlas: Database and data-storage infrastructure used to operate the Platform.

We may use additional service providers in the future where reasonably necessary for hosting, security, communications, technical support, infrastructure or other Platform operations. Where appropriate, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect material changes to our data practices.

We may also disclose personal data where required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to lawful requests from courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or government agencies.
