AlgoJRF Institute is an online learning platform that provides test series, mock examinations, previous year question (PYQ) tests, study materials, and exam preparation resources for UGC NET Paper 1 and various UGC NET subjects. All content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, login links, or purchased content with any third party. Sharing access may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in any activity that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

All test series are sold on a per-test basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorise the transaction for the stated amount.

Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime.

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, videos, and study material — is the intellectual property of AlgoJRF Institute or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

Scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased test content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content will be error-free, up to date, or that it will result in clearing any examination. Success in UGC NET / JRF depends on individual effort and preparation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoJRF Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
