By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing any test series, mock test, study material, or other educational service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and No Refund & Cancellation Policy.
AlgoJRF is an online educational platform operated as a sole proprietorship by Ravi Kumar in India. The Platform provides educational resources primarily for UGC NET and JRF examination preparation, including test series, mock examinations, previous year question (PYQ) tests, study materials, explanations, and related learning resources.
AlgoJRF is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with the University Grants Commission (UGC), the National Testing Agency (NTA), or the Government of India, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or purchase any product or service from AlgoJRF.
Where applicable, users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of their parent or legal guardian, and AlgoJRF will apply safeguards required by applicable law.
AlgoJRF provides online educational content and examination preparation resources. Products and services may include test series, mock tests, PYQ-based tests, study materials, explanations, and other digital educational resources.
Product descriptions, features, pricing, validity periods, and access conditions may vary between products. The applicable product description displayed at the time of purchase forms part of the purchase terms.
Educational content is provided for learning and examination preparation purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy and usefulness, AlgoJRF does not guarantee that every question, explanation, reference, prediction, or other educational material will always be completely free from errors or omissions.
Some features of the Platform require you to create an account. You may register using the available registration methods, including supported Google authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not knowingly use another person's account or credentials.
You must not share your account, login credentials, login links, or purchased access with another person. You must also not allow another person to use your account to access purchased content.
Where we reasonably determine that an account is being misused, shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms, we may restrict or suspend access, subject to applicable law and any rights available to the user.
Prices for products and services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The applicable price, product description, and access period displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
Payments are processed through Razorpay or other payment services made available by AlgoJRF. Payment information such as card, UPI, or other payment credentials is processed by the applicable payment provider. AlgoJRF does not intentionally store full card or UPI credentials on its own servers.
A purchase is considered successful after payment is successfully processed and confirmed by the applicable payment provider and AlgoJRF's systems.
Access to purchased digital content is generally provided after successful payment confirmation, subject to the product's stated access conditions.
Products sold through AlgoJRF are primarily digital educational products and services. Because digital content may be made available electronically after purchase, users should review the product description, access period, and applicable No Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing a purchase.
AlgoJRF will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased services available during the applicable access period. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, internet connectivity, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a significant technical problem attributable to AlgoJRF prevents access to a purchased product, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable No Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the AlgoJRF No Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All purchases of digital educational products and online test series are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed. Customers should carefully review the product description, features, pricing, validity period, access conditions, and other applicable information before completing a purchase.
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances described in the No Refund & Cancellation Policy, including certain duplicate or failed payments, technical problems preventing access to a purchased product, or where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or the No Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
For payment or technical support, users should contact AlgoJRF using the contact information provided on the Platform and provide the relevant registered email address and transaction or payment details where available.
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the Platform, including questions, test papers, explanations, study materials, text, graphics, videos, designs, software, branding, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AlgoJRF.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased educational content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the applicable access period.
You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, transmit, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from AlgoJRF content without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.
Scraping, systematic downloading, automated extraction, or attempts to circumvent technical restrictions protecting Platform content are prohibited.

AlgoJRF provides educational and examination-preparation resources but does not guarantee that any user will qualify for UGC NET, JRF, or any other examination.
Examination results depend on multiple factors, including the user's preparation, performance, examination conditions, eligibility, competition, and the rules and evaluation procedures of the relevant examination authority.
References to examinations, syllabi, previous year questions, expected questions, rankings, or preparation strategies are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise of examination success.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and availability of the Platform, but we do not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or continuously available, or that all content will always be completely current or free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any warranty, guarantee, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoJRF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform.
Subject to applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchased product will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that product.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived by a consumer.
The Platform may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment processing, authentication, hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, or other technical services.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms and policies. AlgoJRF is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
Where the Platform contains links to third-party websites, those websites are outside the control of AlgoJRF. Users should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using those services.
AlgoJRF collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection and privacy laws.
Information may include details provided directly by users, such as name and email address, as well as certain technical information generated through use of the Platform, such as IP address, cookies, and server or application logs.
Google authentication, where used, provides the information necessary for authentication and account creation, such as name and email address. Payment transactions are processed through the applicable payment provider.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or Platform feature where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, misuse of purchased content, security risks, or conduct that materially harms the Platform or other users.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy available to a user under applicable law.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue particular Platform features, products, content, or services from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an already-purchased product, we will make reasonable efforts to address the situation fairly and in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any required consent.
Your continued use of the Platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
