No Refund & Cancellation Policy

This No Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital educational products and services purchased through the AlgoJRF Platform.

This includes online test series, full-length mock tests, unit-wise tests, PYQ test series, study materials and other digital educational products and services made available by AlgoJRF.

Because these products are delivered electronically, access may be provided immediately after successful payment.

All purchases of digital products and online test series on AlgoJRF are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.

Customers are advised to carefully review the product name, number of tests, features, validity period, pricing, applicable discounts and other product information before completing the purchase.

Once a purchase has been successfully completed, the amount paid will not ordinarily be refunded because the customer decides not to use the purchased product or changes their plans.

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

If a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase, the customer may contact AlgoJRF with the relevant transaction details.

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from the customer's bank account, card or UPI account, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction information.

AlgoJRF will verify the payment status with the payment processor. Where a duplicate or failed payment is confirmed, AlgoJRF may initiate the appropriate correction or refund.

If a customer successfully purchases a product but cannot access it because of a technical problem attributable to AlgoJRF, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

We will first attempt to identify and resolve the technical issue and restore access to the purchased product.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include restoring access, extending the validity period, providing equivalent access or another appropriate solution.

A refund may be considered where required by applicable law or where AlgoJRF determines that the purchased service cannot reasonably be provided.

Purchases made using promotional codes, coupons, referral codes, special offers or discounted prices are also non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Customers should verify the selected product, price, discount, coupon and applicable terms before completing the purchase.

Because AlgoJRF products are primarily digital educational products, an order generally cannot be cancelled after successful payment.

Customers should carefully review the product information before completing the transaction.

Cancellation or refund requests made after successful payment will generally not be accepted unless they relate to a duplicate payment, payment error, technical issue, or another circumstance where a remedy is required under applicable law.

If you have completed a payment but the purchased test series is not visible in your AlgoJRF account, please contact our support team.

We will verify the transaction and account details and attempt to provide access to the purchased product.

Account-access problems will not automatically result in a monetary refund where the purchased product can reasonably be provided or restored.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Where a product or service is not provided as described, suffers from a material technical failure attributable to AlgoJRF, or otherwise gives rise to a remedy under applicable law, AlgoJRF will review the matter and provide the remedy required by law.

AlgoJRF may update this No Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, payment processes, refund practices or applicable law.

When changes are made, the updated version of this policy will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
